You are a versatile individual capable of producing chocolate, ice cream and pastries. Excellent technical skills in all three areas. Previous experience of working on ice cream turbines. Knowledge of gelato and sorbet production methods.

Excellent technical skills, able to work on enrobing machines with conveyor belts, to produce different recipes such as pralines, ganaches, nougat, fruit jellies, caramels, ice creams, entremets decorations and other chocolate products such as Easter moldings.
You must be able to work alone and as part of a team, and manage daily production according to the different holidays of the year. You are sensitive to quality products, you have the desire to progress and the desire to share your knowledge.
