The hot chocolate menu

To make our hot chocolates, we use milk and cream (or soy milk) and chocolates from a multitude of countries in order to give your taste buds a memorable and unparalleled experience!

The Ti-Mousse

Small size of Bambini (with milk chocolate), served with mini marshmallows.

The Espresso

Served in a small "Espresso" mug, this rich 35% cream blend is made with 71% cocoa from Ecuador and 75% cocoa from Tanzania. A long-lasting hot chocolate!

The European

A velvety, medium-bodied blend made with two different cocoas rich in cocoa butter (22%) and bittersweet chocolate at 58% cocoa.  We add a hint of vanilla and cinnamon, as in the days of the first hot chocolates in the 19th century.

The Bambini

A comforting hot chocolate made with milk chocolate, very smooth and creamy.  Kids of all ages will love it!

The Erico

Erico is for you if you're looking for a rich, chocolaty hot chocolate. We make it with extra-bitter chocolate from Ecuador, 71% cocoa.

The Italian

In Italy, the hot chocolate served in Gelaterias has a texture akin to pudding. Unfortunately, it's often made with commercial powder dissolved in milk. The Italian-style blend we've developed is made with two different rich cocoas and 80% cocoa chocolate from Uganda.  It'll make you travel, we promise!

The Silky

Made with soy milk, rich cocoa and 71% cocoa Ecuador chocolate, this hot chocolate is perfect for those with dairy intolerances.

The Decadent

The ultimate adventure for chocoholics!  This hot chocolate is made with a blend of three dark chocolates (Mi-amer 58%, Ecuador 71% and Tanzania 75%) and two rich cocoa powders. We top it all off with whipped cream and a homemade chocolate sauce coulis.

The Antigua

Are you torn between hot chocolate and coffee? Let yourself be seduced by this hot chocolate made with dark coffee chocolate and an infusion of Antigua Guatemala coffee roasted by the Brûlerie de café de Québec on rue Saint-Jean.

Chocoholic

Ephemeral hot chocolate.
